Test Applications
In order to ensure students are properly prepared for testing, students should visit with their regular instructor prior to completing the app.
A test application must be submitted in the month preceding the testing month. Permission to test must be given by an instructor and we may mot give it if we feel the student is not prepared.
Testing Fees are as follows:
$25 for non-black belt tests if test application is turned in on time.
$100 for black belt tests if test application is turned in on time.
Black Belt applications must be turned in at least a month in advance with the student’s paper. Also, the student will have 2 chances to pass the written test with a score of 90 or higher. Late applications are subject to refusal.
